1 YEAR WARRANTY
Darbini guarantees the proper functioning of its watches for a period of one year from the date of repair. The Darbini Watch Repair warranty excludes normal wear-and-tear (notably the wear-and-tear of non-metal bracelets and straps), loss, theft, or damage due to misuse. The substitution of components with, or the addition of, components or accessories not manufactured by watch maker will invalidate the guarantee. The guarantee is valid only if (1) the watch has been sold by an Official Watch Retailer; (2) the guarantee card has been completed in full by the Official Watch Retailer at the time of purchase; and (3) the guarantee card is presented with the watch, either to an Official Watch Retailer. Any work carried out by third parties other than Darbini Watch Repair will render the guarantee null and void.
Please note that although we pressure test a watch prior to being shipped, we do not guarantee any watch to be waterproof and do not cover any water issues under any type of warranty. The reason is because we can only guarantee it water-resistant when it leaves our facility. After that, there are too many life factors that can contribute to a watch not being water resistant anymore. Statistically, this can happen to the most careful of watch wearers.

Once we receive your watch, we will carefully examine the condition and if there are any abnormalities, we will provide you with a detailed estimate in writing for your review. You will have the option to approve or decline our proposed repairs. Once approved we will start process immediately. If you decline, we will simply return your watch with our insured shipping service at no extra cost.
A complete overhaul includes the complete disassembly of the watch case, bracelet, and movement. The case and bracelet are ultrasonically cleaned, polished, and refinished. The process removes scuff marks and scratches .
The movement is ultrasonically cleaned, and then reassembled using recommended lubricants. Proper lubrication is an acquired skill of the watchmaker, achieved through years of practice and dedication. The movement is electronically calibrated and placed into the case. The completed watch is pressure tested to check water resistance. The watch is then subjected to a time test to assure accuracy before returning it to you.
Yes, our shipping labels are insured up to $100,000.00 USD.

Yes, all parts are used to repair your watch are genuine parts (OEM).
It takes between 3 to 4 weeks on average but it may take longer, just depends on the type of repair your watch will require. We will let your know accurate time-frame prior to starting the repair order.

In 2006, we took another big step forward and opened our online services to provide a venue to share our excellent and high-quality hand crafted jewelries to the rest of the world.
